MPS Staff, Students, and Families:
MPS administrators and the Technology Department continue to investigate and resolve those technical issues, which required a temporary disconnection of Internet service over the weekend. However, we are pleased to report that all schools will operate on a normal bell schedule tomorrow (February 14, 2023). Transportation, Latchkey, and Wrap-Around will take place at their normally scheduled times.
Out of an abundance of caution, we will continue limiting Internet access to staff only. Our Google domain, including all Google apps and connected services, will remain unavailable. All students with school-issued devices in grades 6-12 must leave their devices at home. No student device use will be permitted on the MPS network tomorrow.
Most importantly, all systems at facilities are currently online and functional. This includes our phone, PA, and security systems. MPS is not aware of any risk to the safety or security of our buildings; therefore, our school days will operate as normal, apart from limited internet access.
We thank you again for your understanding and patience as we navigate this situation. We will continue to keep you apprised of key developments.

Los administradores de MPS y el Departamento de Tecnología continúan investigando y resolviendo esos problemas técnicos, que requirieron una desconexión temporal del servicio de Internet durante el fin de semana. Sin embargo, nos complace informar que todas las escuelas operarán en un horario de campana normal mañana (14 de febrero de 2023). El transporte, Latchkey y Wrap-Around se llevarán a cabo en sus horarios normalmente programados.
Lo que es más importante, todos los sistemas en las instalaciones están actualmente en línea y en funcionamiento. Esto incluye nuestro Teléfono, megafonía y sistemas de seguridad.
