🎭 Dessert Theater 🎭
Come out tonight to see "The Complete History of Theater: Abridged," playing tonight and Saturday, November 17th! You don’t want to miss laugh out loud audience participation comedy. Tickets are on sale on the website and are only $8 and free dessert is included. Join us in the Little Theater at the Senior High School for an evening of Theater: Abridged!

🏈 Powderpuff 2018 🏈 
It’s that time of year! Come out and cheer on the Junior and Senior Classes as they battle on the football field at our annual Powderpuff Flag Football and Cheer Competition. Game starts at 6 PM on Monday, November 19th at Wheaton Field. Admission is only $5 with all proceeds going to the Junior and Senior Classes. Don’t miss out on the fun!

🎸 Guitar Club 🎸
The Guitar Club meets every Tuesday at the Senior High in Room T109 at 2:30 PM. If you play guitar or want to learn the basics, please join us! You can see Mr. Clementi with any questions.

💃 Dance Team 💃
Dance Team auditions have been moved to a NEW DATE! The auditions will now be held on Monday, December 3rd in Room C102 at the Senior High. An approved sports physical must be on file in the Nurse's Office in order to audition. Make sure you watch the two dance videos on Mrs. Migliaccio’s teacher page to learn the choreography prior to the audition and remember to bring your audition form! If you have questions, please see Mrs. Migliaccio.


“Kicking Chicken” Chicken Tenders, WG Dinner Roll, Oven Baked Fries, Seasoned Carrots

It’s Movember! Any teacher or student who would like to participate in Movember, start growing your beards today! Starting Monday, November 19th “Mutacheograms” (PRONOUNCED MUSTACHE-E-O-GRAMS) will be on sale during all lunches. Send your friends a mustache and vote for the beard style! Participants will have to shave their faces to on Friday, November 30th!

Thankful Grams
PBSIS will be selling Thankful Grams from now until Monday, November 19th. Purchase a Thankful Gram for fifty cents and let someone know why you are thankful for them. You can purchase Thankful Grams from Mrs. Siniavsky in T110 before or after school or from Mrs. Siniavsky’s students.

Save Around Fundraiser
The Save Around Fundraiser has started! Please come to A104 to pick up the sample book and take orders. This fundraiser ends on Thursday, December 6th when all money and the sample book are due to Mrs. Hulitt in A104.

Rowan University IMPACT Program
If you are a minority male Senior interested in attending Rowan University and majoring in Education, please see Mrs. Jackson in the Guidance Office for information about IMPACT, a new program at Rowan University.

The 2019 Torch Yearbook is NOW ON SALE! Check in your Homeroom for a flyer with information about where you can purchase it. The cost of the yearbook is $75.00. Seniors can pay $5.00 more to get their name stamped on the cover. If you order before Christmas Break, you will be entered into a raffle to win a 2009 Torch Yearbook! That’s right, you could win the yearbook the year Mike Trout graduated! Order today and you have a chance to win a piece of hometown hero history! The deadline for getting your name on the cover is before Thanksgiving Break. Again, the deadline to be entered into the raffle is before Christmas Break!

Fall Spirit Week
Get ready for our first Spirit Week of the year! From November 19th to November 21st we will be showing our spirit with a different theme every day:
MONDAY: REP’ YOUR TEAM! It doesn’t matter if it’s your favorite Elementary school Olympic Day team or an NFL jersey—just represent!
TUESDAY: Pick a friend and TWIN IT UP! Match your outfits to see how identical you can be!
WEDNESDAY: Show your school spirit by wearing ORANGE, BLUE, and WHITE! Get ready for our Fall Pep Rally by showing your Millville colors!

Door Decorating Contest
Are you ready for our rivalry game against Vineland? Do you have a creative idea for showing your Bolts pride? Today we begin our annual DOOR DECORATING CONTEST! To participate, each teacher can choose a team of students (Homeroom or class) to help decorate their classroom door. What is the theme? It’s pretty simple: GO BOLTS! BEAT VINELAND! So get decorating and our team of judges will announce a winner at the Fall Pep Rally! The winning team will get a Chick Fil-A lunch!

Veterans Day Collection
Help send our troops a little piece of home by donating unused items. Items include snack bars, playing cards, and toothbrushes. See flyers around the school for more details. All items should be dropped off to the Main Office by Friday, November 16th.

November Food Drive
Bring non-perishable food items to your homeroom by Monday, November 19th. The Homeroom that brings in the most food will receive doughnuts on the day before break! Please see flyers and posters around the school for more details.

Student Council is collecting socks for local homeless shelters this Fall season during SOCKTOBER! Donation boxes will be available in the Cafeteria until Monday, November 19th. Please only donate new socks. Let's meet our goal of 100 socks for this good cause!

Wawa Summer Program
Students who will be 16-years-old by Friday, February 1st are eligible to apply for a summer position with Wawa at a shore location. In order to attend the orientation program, please sign the list in Homeroom by Wednesday, November 28th or see your Guidance Counselor for details. You must attend the Wawa Orientation on Monday, December 3rd during Block 2 in the auditorium in order to obtain the Wawa Application.

Creative Design Challenge

If you are interested in participating in the 2019 Panasonic Creative Design Challenge, see Mr. Bruman in Room B103 after school. This is an engineering design competition. You will need to be part of a 3-person team to compete. The first place prize is a $4000 scholarship for each member of the 3-person team!


The 2019 Memorial Yearbook is NOW ON SALESee Mrs. Hicks in the Main Office or Mr. Canino during 4th block and after school in B104 to order yours. The cost of the Yearbook is $25.
