👉 Health Corps Tip of the Week 👈
Consuming too much sugar can lead to diseases like heart disease and diabetes. On average one can of soda has more sugar than we need in a day. Try throwing some fruit in your water to meet your cravings.

🤝 PBSIS Monthly Theme: Tolerance 🤝
Let’s start the New Year off right with a new monthly theme. This month we are asking you to focus on tolerance. When we act with tolerance, we show that we understand and accept that there are ideas, beliefs, and viewpoints that may differ from our own. In our school community we want to celebrate our diversity and work to better understand others. Even if we agree to disagree, we do it in a healthy way that shows respect.

This month, think about how you can show tolerance, and you might earn a Bolt Buck!

💪 Winter Weight Training 💪

Girls sessions are Tuesday and Thursday from 2:30 to 3:30 PM. Athletic clothing and sneakers are mandatory. If you have any questions, please contact Coach Thomas or Mr. LaGamba.
